Dr Meenakshi Davar

A Doctorate in Management and an MBA from the University of Hull in United Kingdom, Dr Meenakshi Davar is a Board level Human Resource (HR) leader with more than 3 decades of experience in conceptualizing and implementing initiatives across all HR Functions with widespread recognition in the industry through numerous accolades and awards.

She has been the Director HR (Member of the Board) at Grid Controller of India Limited – A Schedule A Public Sector Enterprise. Prior to this she was an Executive Director HR with POWERGRID. She started her career with NTPC as an Executive Trainee.

She has also been a recipient of the Amity Leadership Award in 2018 and Amity’s Women Achiever Award 2016.
