Cristian Sylvestre

Cristian Sylvestre is a safety professional and sought-after speaker with over 20 years of experience in applying neuroscience and behavioural research to improve workplace safety. As the founder of HabitSafe, he helps organisations move beyond compliance by addressing the subconscious drivers of human behaviour that lead to incidents.

He has delivered keynote sessions at more than 50 conferences, guiding organisations to build stronger safety cultures and achieve meaningful reductions in human error. Cristian is currently authoring a book to share insights from his career in safety and behavioural science.
